Our experience at "Top Thai on Kauai" was not as expected. The curry was delicious, but the Ono was tough and had a fishy taste. The meal cost $22 and included two scoops of rice and a small container of curry. Overall, we rated the food, service, and atmosphere a 3 out of 5.

I decided to dine at this restaurant based on the positive reviews, but I was extremely disappointed. The food was overly sweet, as if it was cooked with excessive sugar. I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

Overall, this restaurant receives a solid 4 out of 5. The panang curry was delicious, but I was surprised to find that it did not come with rice. I had to order a side of rice separately. In my experience, panang curry always comes with rice automatically. It would be more convenient to just include the rice in the price and save customers from having to ask for it. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a 4 out of 5.
