Mcdonald's - Hammond

The ladies at the drive through were very friendly, it really does make your day better when you start off the day with a friendly person.

Place was unclean. Not a single employee was wearing a hair net while preparing the food. Saw a stray hair on the counter by where the food is brought to be given to the patrons. After talking with the manager, she informed me they were not required to wear hair nets. I will never return to this particular location. The one on the corner of N. Morrison and University drive is a much better place. The staff is more friendly and more clean.

I visited the drive-thru for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service. The attendant, a young woman named Jamiah, was incredibly nice, patient, and professional. I even asked to speak with her manager to commend her exceptional service!

This place is sucked. it was dirty and the coffee was cold. we had just gone through the car drive, but I wanted to use the bathroom. that was a little evil, and the women reported their bathroom was really bad. we will not come back to this mcdonald. food: 1/5

The mcdonald’s on morrison and university was earlier a good place to go, but they have new management round that he comes as very uneducated, and the rest of the staff is very rude, and very unprofessional, not going here!
