Taverna Korfu - Hamburg

Saturday evening, table reservation. we quickly got a table, but the restaurant was full in a round. we were four and wanted to third a grill plate for three and when I wanted a separate dish, the waiter suggested that we should be four on the grill plate for 3 exactly right, because it was still left to eat, although it tasted very well. very inexpensive and friendly staff. many masters also seemed to be. cozy atmosphere.

The food was delicious and plentiful, the service friendly. good location on the main street only a few minutes walk from the break-out hotel.

.I found my visit, in a rather uncomfortable restaurant, which now somehow had nothing of how I had met Greek taverns. the eating (corfu) came fast, lush meat rises, but the pommrs were saltless and the tzazziki a small drop that did not help to refine the gyros content on the pot. Obviously, you were busy making a big group at the next table and happy, so that as a single guest, I was left rather than left. they also entrust to the, actually obligatory ouzo, who was not offered to me at all. if I should come back to this part of hh: in this pseudotaverne I will not put in any more fuss.

Restaurant lies to foot approx. 5 minutes from the hotel. we have eaten four to the evening and were all totally enthusiastic! large portions and super delicious. gyros with metaxasosse. I also think for a man this portion is due to the size a challenge! also the meats were very juicy and delicious. the ambiente was a bit older, but didn't disturb us. with beautiful weather you can also sit on the terrace.
