Taco Bell - Gunnison

The workers here SUCK and are very rude. Food was cold and didn’t even get the right order. Never come

If you're craving breakfast, it's essential to arrive early in the morning; otherwise, you risk finding that they’ve run out of items. It’s frustrating if you place an online order and only discover their shortages upon arrival, forcing you to cancel and choose from the lunch menu instead. I really wish they were better prepared. Breakfast is supposed to end at 11, yet they're out of offerings by 10!

We don't often visit this restaurant, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The staff member at the drive-thru sounded very bored and disinterested. The food was not served hot. Each taco had inconsistent portions, and the chalupa we ordered, which was supposed to be very specific with ground beef, lettuce, and cheese only, was not as requested. We also tried the new dipping taco, and it was just okay. Unfortunately, two out of the four regular crispy tacos were badly broken, and one seemed old, almost stuck to the paper. I wanted to share a picture of the mess with the chalupa but couldn't find the option to do so. Overall, the meal felt hastily thrown together, leaving me disappointed. I think I will wait a while before returning. With limited options in Gunnison, it seems like this place doesn't care about customer satisfaction.

I ordered a breakfast burrito, but they were out of eggs and sausage. There’s a grocery store right across the street, manager!

I enjoy the food every time I go there. Usually through the drive thru.
