Anejo's Bistro And - Gunnison

Delicious food, disappointing service! Our friends recommended this restaurant and they were right about the food—it was fantastic. The salsa was spot on, and everything we tried was really good. Unfortunately, the waitress left a lot to be desired. She was rude and seemed like she was in a hurry, which is understandable to an extent, but she could have at least made an effort to take our kids' drink orders. When I asked for her recommendations, her responses were unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, the dining experience could have been much better, thanks to the service.

This restaurant is small and gets crowded quickly. We arrived around 5:30 on a Saturday and waited about 20 minutes for a table for four. Our waitress was fast, friendly, and had an impressive memory—she took orders for all the tables without writing anything down and never missed a beat. The food and margaritas were fantastic. My husband even said he would drive an additional 60 miles just to enjoy the beef burrito. Service: Dine-in.
