Mcdonald's - Glendora

Today, on November 19th, at around 10:20 pm, I arrived at the restaurant. Before I could enter, a woman locked the door, even though the schedule stated that they closed at 11pm. I had to return to my car and explain to the staff member who assisted me what had happened. I hope the supervisor will take action on this matter.

The servers seemed confused and kept bringing strawberry jam instead of sugar. I had to explain three times before they finally understood. It was frustrating enough that I almost went back to get it myself.

I find it difficult to give a McDonald's a full 5-star rating, but this one is pretty good. It's always clean and I haven't had any issues in the years that I've been coming here. I tried to find something to complain about, but couldn't think of anything. This location has everything you could need - from a clean indoor play area for kids, to a fast drive-thru, even when there's a long line. They handle things well and have been fantastic for grabbing a quick coffee or bite to eat, and using the WiFi from the parking lot. It's great that the WiFi reaches outside, just remember not to hog the spot so others can enjoy it too.

I just came from Mc Donald?s on Arrow in Glendora. They miss up my order I ordered 2 drinks, small fries, one fillet fish and 2 hamburgers they forgot my hamburgers they didn?t put it on my Order the 1st. Time so I had to go back in the long line becausetheir lobby was close early they usually close at 11 or 10 sometimes I see them close the door after 9. Then when I got home oneof my drinks was dr. pepper I order a diet Coke.

This is the second time they have messed up my order within a month. Drove home to find out im missing half my order. They should really make sure they have everything in the bag before they say that's it. I guess I gotta double check before drivingaway from now on. Fast service doesn't always mean great service.
