The rooms are clean fairly still new . The rooms overlooking the lake have a pretty sunset if you 're to that . Enjoyed a great massage at their spa. The spa was small but clean and relaxing, perfect after a long day on the road. The hotel restaurant was great.The seafood platter to share is a must !

Despite a bombardment of e-mails and "Special Offer Announcements" from the casino with respect to previous visits, I arrived on my birthday and waited in line for 30 minutes at the Player's Club area only to be offered chance to win a new BMW. The twist was this, you had a chance to enter into a draw for the vehicle but must be present (on a weekday morning) later during the week. As I live in the Toronto area, this would be impossible. To add insult to injury, there were no "points" or offers as vigorously promoted in e-mails available to me thus my slot and table play which amounted in the thousands of dollars did not garner a ham sandwich. The premise is attractive and the staff are friendly but these policies will not endear themselves to people who spend quite a bit at the tables. Stick to Fallsview and Rama in the future.

I'm not a gambler but we were given a complimentary $50 to play the slots. We had a great time, of course it is very noisy but all casinos are. A group of us went and we really enjoyed the evening, and best of all we actually won $125.00. A fun night out for sure.

This casino is very Las Vegas style. There is an abundance of betting tables for every level of play. A huge assortment of slot machines from 1 cent to a few dollars. The casino often offers special evenings on games/machines, that if you are playing at a specific place, you are entitled to win different prizes. Nice, clean and not too noisy.

Food was very good, as was the desert, cheese cake (very decadent). As the meal was part of our tour price, it's hard to know if it's good value for the dollar.
