If I could leave no stars I would first of all my boyfriend goes here a lot and as never once gotten even warm food. The one time I went they messed up my cold food,the first 10 minutes in the store 4 different people had their order messed up. I ordered the Frisco Burger, but instead of the sourdough bun, I was served a regular bread bun, and there was no cheese on my burger either. I was really disappointed with the service, as I had higher expectations. I simply wanted what I ordered, not what they decided to substitute without notifying me. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place, as they failed to inform me about these changes or let me know they were out of the necessary ingredients. Overall, I'm very unhappy with my experience!

Ordered a Western Bacon Cheeseburger, supposed to have 2 crispy onion rings, crispy bacon and bbq sauce. Here?s what it had: 1 tiny mushy onion ring, hardly any bbq sauce and the bacon was not crispy at all, couldn?t even eat it because it wasn?t cooked enough. The hamburger patty looked gray and tasted warmed up, not to mention it was pretty much cold when I got it home?less than 3 minute drive! Only live 3 miles from this Hardee's. Ordered on line to make sure I got there before the breakfast cut off. The eggs are cold and the rest of the food looks and taste like it's been sitting for hours

This was our first time trying this new Hardee's. Hunni when I tell you I am glad I did is an understatement. Everything was fresh and hot. The tea was my Southern sweet tea. Excellent customer service. I am so glad they added this to Cleveland Rd.
