Kurcafe - Füssen

My wife and I visited the castle Neuschwanstein and looked for good German cakes. a waitress from a restaurant advised us to go to the curcafé in feet. we were not disappointed and have the best cakes we've ever eaten! her black forest. the cake was absolutely delicious, it melted in the mouth, without the heavy charge sugar they get with the average cake. our only regret is that we had to leave feet and no longer have to leave this place!

This is about the castle crown restaurant, next to the bakery. had decent Bavarian dinners: duck and veggie (flambed pancake pieces,) and good desserts. service was pretty slow, although the restaurant wasn't too full, but hey the duck was good-done and made clear...fresh to order. price at the high end of the scale.

The cake looks good, but doesn't taste good. the sachertorte tastes like pure alcohol, even the truffle pralinen were a great disappointment. but the interieur is really beautiful.

My group went twice into this beautiful little load. the first time we got a nought ring (actually good and an alcoholic chocolate cake (fairly delicious.) we were happy with our somewhat random decisions (we don't speak German and the participant spoke little English.) so. the next day we returned and got a pink frosty cake with chocolate strawberries on the top ( tamed and a strawberry cream cake (yum yum.) both paints seemed to the participant to serve us a little unpleasant and tried to hurry. but she let me break a 50€ bill on a 7€ buy (both time! , so I have it in vain :p if we stayed longer in feet, I would have gone back!

We visited this cafe in the early afternoon on a Thursday in early January. It was easy to find an empty table but it became more crowded soon. We were a couple with a kid and later a friend joined us. We had a Sachertorte,...a Rhubarb Cream thing and a cake with strawberry topping which were all very delicious and wonderfully accompanied the good coffee and warm chocolate but we envied our friend with the cherry cake ... and all the wonderful food that we observed to be handed out to other guests. It was very hard to choose between all this wonderful alternatives of cakes, tarts, classical and non classical, butter cream or whipped cream... Service was very friendly and attentive yet, when it became more crowded, we had to wait quite some time until our friend was served or until we could pay. The cake pieces are of good size, yet not large, the price is yet not cheap but this is a tourist spot, so it is an appropriate price value relation.
