It's unfortunate that they say the oven is broken, so there's no heating for my favorite meatball sandwich. This has happened too many days in a row! Service was for takeout, and it was for dinner.

I visit this place frequently, and I have to say that the African American teenager working there is the best employee! He is always very friendly and efficient. He definitely deserves a raise!
