Arby's - Fredonia

15 minutes to get my food after ordering. Didn't care about trainees taking so long but thought it was rather rude to plop my bag on the counter after waiting so long without a single word. No have a nice day, no sorry for the wait, no acknowledgement of any kind. Also didn't put the lid on tight to my French onion dip and the bowl spilled in the bag and burned my leg. More disappointed in their rudeness than their incompetence

After a full day of driving, then getting here close to closing, the staff was patient with my tiredness and indecision. Food is great and hot. They were speedy as well.

This place needs a lot of work. The employees aren't too bad but the place itself needs to be updated. The bathrooms are awful. They were clean but very run down and right near the eating area. Not very pleasant ?

Higher end fast food plan on spending 10 per person for a meal

When we ordered the girl couldn't here us because of the plastic window between us. Then My boyfriend ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and didn't get the right chicken. It was pieces and not a filet . Then I ordered a beef gyro and she rang it up as a turkey. I didn't notice until I opened it. I took it back to the counter to get the right one. The manager was apologetic but the sandwich maker was rude. She yelled I made the right one . I was not happy with the service.
