Mcdonald's - Fredonia

I spent over $35 on gas waiting for my food, and I don't think it's fair to call this place a fast food restaurant considering how long it took to get my order. They also need to figure out a better system for parking so that it doesn't block traffic on the main road.

The food was fresh and delicious. I hope that the new ownership maintains the high standards, as it is evident that they are putting in the effort to run a successful business. Happy employees lead to the best quality production.

The staff could be friendlier and more enthusiastic about their job. The workers during the day and the third shift have a particularly bad attitude. I recommend avoiding this establishment as much as possible. I prefer to spend my money elsewhere. The management is not better, as they seem unable to properly train and treat their employees.

Slow customer service. they never get the order right, it does not play any role, which time of the day they go there. even if u ask them to review the order, they say u it is correct and u still cause wrong, they invite things that they should not and I have always lacked something from my order and personal is very rude.

We orderd drinks and ate our Little Caesars pizza at the picnic table outside. Sad how poor customer service is. They don't even give you your drink cup anymore, you take it out of the dispenser at the counter. When I grabbed my 2 cups another one popped out and hit the floor. I set it on the counter stating to the workers that it fell on the floor. No one could just throw it away...every worker just kept walking past it and placing orders on the counter next to it. Sad how no one wants to do just that little extra or think for themselves.
