Deaf individuals may struggle to find options on the menu due to barriers that hinder their access to what they truly want. The restaurant's layout is not very welcoming, making it difficult to see the menu clearly. Regarding dietary restrictions, I personally cannot eat yellow cheese and dislike pickles.
I had a really negative experience at this Subway. There was a woman named Christina who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She gave us a lot of attitude and refused to properly prepare our food. When I asked for more toppings on our pizza, she sarcastically added a couple of handfuls, and it felt like she threw everything around. Every time I called her over, she ignored me completely. The customer service was surprisingly bad, and I don’t think I'll be returning to this location.
I would give this restaurant zero stars due to the poor service. The staff was unprofessional, inconsistent, and the atmosphere was unpleasant. On Friday, June 3, 2022, at 3:00 p.m., the two women at the register—one with big red curly hair and the other with black hair and glasses—both need substantial training. Even though I tried to excuse their rudeness by attributing it to a bad day, it was unacceptable. I wasn’t informed of the new charges for extra toppings, especially since I had received them for free just the day before at the same location. If policies have changed, the staff should at least communicate that politely. I could have easily left without paying, but I didn’t want to create any difficulties. Honestly, they don’t even deserve a star for this experience. While Subway is usually my favorite, this particular location is the worst I've encountered.
The personal was very disgusting! the app runs a promotion for the long sandwich at $2 and they did not want to honor that after ordering through the subway app and acted as I steal. only over all respectful subway must take the load away from these peculiarities and people who really care. it is a shameful use of the subway to be better.
