The first time we came here it was amazing, don’t know what happened after that but the second time was sub par at best. Terrible service and mediocre food. Our server did not refill my drink once nor did she ever bother to check in. Not only that but she forgot to put in an appetizer we ordered and said that she’ll order it to go with no charge, well she never brought that out either. The food was meh. The pho wasn’t hot, it was less than warm like we took it home and didn’t microwave to eat it, the fried rice was super soggy, the rolls were good but not $7 good. As much as I wanted to love this place and come back again, they are just super understaffed with unskilled servers and wait time is minimum 35 minutes even with the restaurant half not seated because they don’t have enough servers. The food was good, the restaurant was cozy and clean but the staff wasn't the best, the waiter kept referring to our daughter as a boy and young man, no matter how many times we corrected him or even said SHE will take something or SHE will need a refill.
