I have tried various dishes from their menu, and I can say that everything has been consistently fresh and tasty. Regarding wheelchair accessibility, there is a ramp at the entrance, and the dining area has ample space between the tables.

I found this restaurant to be quite disappointing. The atmosphere was uninviting, and the food left much to be desired. Although we were told that dining in wasn't permitted, I saw a staff member sitting in a booth enjoying a meal. Overall, both the food and service were subpar.

I've been delivering food to this restaurant and thought I’d give their menu a shot. Wow, it was amazing—dare I say even better than Popeyes and KFC! No regrets here! The fried chicken was fantastic, and the Horchata was delicious. Yum!

It's a wonderful spot for a family outing. Everyone had a fantastic time, and Karla, the manager, was incredibly kind!

While I was let down by the food, I have to praise the manager, who was the only staff member fluent in English. He graciously replaced my order with a fresh batch, which took an extra 10 minutes, and honored the deal I found on the app. Because of his outstanding customer service, I'm giving this place 2 stars. However, I won't be coming back for the food and wouldn't recommend it to others.
