Brother's Pizza - Frederick

I hadn't visited this restaurant in several months due to disappointing pizza quality. However, I decided to give it another try and ordered a large calzone and a large stromboli, both filled with meat. They were loaded with toppings and quite large. I was pleasantly surprised—both dishes were excellent!

Honest review: this place is just okay. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, buffalo wings, and a Philly cheesesteak. Honestly, the pepperoni pizza felt lacking—there weren’t enough pepperonis for a pizza with no other toppings. The flavor was decent, but I would choose to drive ten extra minutes for a Costco pizza instead. The wings, which we requested extra crispy, were quite dry and not crispy at all. To my surprise, when I opened the box of wings, I found two packets of Ken's Bleu Cheese salad dressing instead of actual bleu cheese. I’m new to Frederick, so maybe that’s common here, but I’ve never encountered that before. The standout item was definitely the Philly cheesesteak; it was delicious and something we would order again. Since we did find at least one tasty item, we’re open to trying more menu options in the future.

Does it have new owners? The past two times we?ve had carry out, it was not at all like it usually is. We always loved their steak and cheeses. The last time it was a 2.5 of 5. Less cheese, even though we ordered extra. The bread, which we loved, was entirely different and sub par. Thought it was just an off night. Tonight it rated a 1. No cheese at all!! No sides that we ordered. And the same mediocre bread. Won?t go back.

Me and my sister went here for drinks and fries and got it in a few minutes. Love it.

I absolutely adore this place! They serve the most affordable and delicious pizza in the area. The service is incredibly quick, with my order typically ready in just 15 minutes, even on busy nights. The staff is always very friendly whenever I visit. Plus, they offer free delivery, which is a great bonus!
