Contribuiți la feedbackMy first suggestion is, make a reservation if you can. We didn 't know that but we didn 't mind waiting. The place is an awesome atmosphere. The staff (from the young lady at the door to the wait staff to the ladies behind the bar) were amazing and very personable. The ONLY problem (if you want to call it that), is I had was my sea bass was a touch dry and my husband 's steak was a touch under seasoned. Other than that, I can see us coming back for another date night.
Food was good, Martini's were great, and Mitchell was awesome. Very attentive and friendly.
Beautiful place, the atmosphere is as fabulous as the food. Don't hurry, just enjoy the surroundings and music. A friend recommended it and we were not disappointed. The Ahi tuna was very good, but with a considerable amount of pepper and orange sauce (Ask for them on the side if you are more of a traditionalist). My wife had the salmon on wild rice, and it was as good as we ever had. It was perfectly spiced, soft and tender with only a touch of crust. The rice was extremely tasteful and perfectly cooked.
Big Easter dinner at Hideout 125. Service was friendly and attentive. I was concerned that it was haste after the post church that I would fight to cook Prime Rib to my wishes, but it delivered. My wife loved her spinach filled chicken breast and our adopted child for the day enjoyed the lobster Mac n cheese. All in all a very good visit to what can be a busy day for restaurants!
My husband and I sat at the bar and ordered their porterhouse specialties, stuffed chicken breast, cutlery, raspberry hammer and old fashion! Everything was delicious and the servers/barkeepers and hosts work as a great team! Big Fortress Wayne Steakhouse!
