Napoli's Pizza - Flowery Branch

Definitely very good pizza through the slice. A great New York style. Pasta dishes are hit or miss. I love her meatballs and chickens parm sandwiches, but the lasagna was very disappointing. The style of garlic knots with garlic sauce instead of fresh garlic is not my favorite. Regular Marinosauce is bright and tasty.

You had terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes on plates and cutlery. Spaghetti was runny. Pizza was okay. I don't know how they have good reviews before. The servers were very unorganized and confused. What happened to customer service today?

Good and you can get it through the pane. Real locally owned and operated. Nothing to complain. It is a walk up and order space, but then there is also a table service after you set. It's a bit confusing, but it was good.

I got the meatball parmesan sub this time. Definitely better than the chicken parm on a plate. The meatballs were light and fluffy and the flavor was excellent. The service here is always good so always gives them that.
