Marco's Pizza - Flowery Branch

Good pizza, great for parties. Appropriate prices. Coupons always available to store some. Also locally to me at home, convenient.

That just happened. My wife ordered a pizza from our favorite pizza place; Marcos. The order was placed at 6:17P with an estimated arrival of 6:54P. The app said that at 7P the pizza was otw. At 7:18P I called and spoke to a manager, William, who said the pizza had been delivered and asked what my problem was. I explained that we didn't get it and then he says oh the drivers there now. You're probably not a driver in sight. Then William oh says we left notes on the account to drop the pizza at my door and that was wrong. Correction William, we didn't leave such instructions. Then surprisingly, William says it wasn't delivered yet?, let me call the driver. After he was stopped for 5m, William returns to tell me that the driver should pull. That he's new and the pizza has brought to the wrong address. Then he says he must come back and get it and he gave us a free dinner. Finally the bell rings! It is the driver who immediately apologizes that Marcos is short on drivers. I'll take the order, but wait? William said he took the wrong pizza to the wrong house. What a surprise for us, we open the box and there? Parmesan sprinkled on the pizza and in the whole box, not to mention there?s pulled a piece away from the cake. The salad is in a bag, with the cover completely cut off (canned? ve happened in transport) not my call. This was absolutely the worse experience and lack of accountability, extreme carelessness and dishonest service I have ever experienced. I hardly do posts, but I felt it in the best interest of my neighbours and community to know that this has occurred. If I could? This post with zero stars? would it? ve got that. I left an evaluation here, as I just tried to answer the survey email after I answered every question and was informed that I did not answer everything. Negative. I didn't get everything I paid for extras, but the deliveryman in Mercedes just left it in front of the front door and left it. Didn't choose contactless. Pizza was good, service not so much. I guess we have to skip the prepaid tip and delivery fee in the future. We get what we pay for and pay less next time. (8)

This pizza was really good. The cheese bread was really good. The only drawback is that it is something on the expensive side, but it is worth ordering this instead of pizza hat or domino's.

I have ordered numerous times from this location and always had a special request by far the best pizza I?ve had and the best Marcos location don?t listen to people like Gomez who judges people by their looks how do you know that wasn?t the owner I would do customer service with my employees and clean the bathroom while being the owner I?ve also been homeless go clean up your own back yard leave my yard to me
