I'm sorry, but that's the worst thing I had in a long time. the service was terrible. ordered online and it has told us that we park in the chili’s To-Go and press the button in the app when we arrived, we have. we sat there and sat there for over 35 minutes (yes I know that is a long time, but every since covid customer service is not existent by lack of personal. even the car that is raised right after us wait until my man arrived to check us before she came in). Finally, my man goes to cancel our order and get a refund and finds our food sitting on a doordash regal. hallo?! we did not order it from doordash and the just wings app said they would bring our food out! my man asked a waitress when she passed, why it was sitting there and she said it was an just Wings folder, yes my man replied, so she said. there was no other hired, so he just took the food and went. we had three commands of traditional wings and pommes, and all three of us threw away the food after we tried to taste a bite of the fries and wings. I wish I could give negative stars. I'll never get out of here!
That must be the worst wing and service I've ever had. I checked in and then waited for over 35 minutes before I just went in to see where my order was. I noticed it was on the door lock rack and it wasn't a door bag. When I came home, the chicken wings were rough. they were soggy and cold. I will not go back.
I don’t really know why the other reviews are so bad because every time I order from here it’s really good.. get the honey chipotle.
I should have listen to the reviews this is definitely not the place. I ordered lemon pepper wings and I got chicken tenders with lemon pepper sprinkled on top. Very disappointed
Met friends for lunch at Chili's Flowery Branch, GA. today. Food is consistently good at most Chili's restaurants, so not an issue. The waitress certainly does not enjoy her job and is definitely not a people person. Started explaining our bad experience, but just got long and mad me mad again... After a meal experience like you would see on a sitcom, the bill was wrong.. The waitress explained it to me three times, each time skipping over the incorrect items. Finally, she asked me, so just what are you confused about I finally went down the list item by item. She had charged four meals for a party of three and overcharged one meal by $2.00. I finally got a refund for $12.50. She got her 20% tip, but IT WAS NOT EARNED. Love Chili's, but it'll be a while before I go back.
