Contribuiți la feedbackThis is the best mcdonalds I had in a long time. even if in a hurry had a long line they still had positive attitudes, and served eating with delicious taste and delicious qualities. I live closer to the on 270 and hanley, but they travel to n lindberg because they never fail.
We had a terrible experience on the other day when we tried to order the drive thru. when we moved up, there were maybe 6 cars on the parking lot and none in the car drive thru and it was about 1 o'clock on the afternoon, but we waited a few minutes before someone asked to take our order, and then she couldn't hear us and after we switched off the vehicle and tried to repeat our order several times, then nobody would react more to us. so we waited again and waited and waited. overall we waited on the drive thru intercom for 10 minutes before we finally drove on the first window, then we were very rude of a young black woman who said what they want? to us that we answered that we wanted to give up an order, and she then told us that we were going back to the counter and we had to give up our order that we had to answer that we were trying to what they think is not what happened at the end. the woman argued further with us and that when we pulled out the drive thru and went in. it's just worse from there. the female manager was much worse. parking space: many parking spaces are available Wheelchair access: they have handicap parking space available and a wheelchair ramp on both sides of the building at the entrance of the win and the doors have a handicap button that they can press to open the doors for them. they also have a few tables that are wheelchair accessible. and a bathroom also has 1 wheelchair / handicap friendly stall.
Like all other McDonald's in Florissant, this one should be avoided too, they take way too long to get your food, and if you do DoorDash, they don't even start until you get there and tell them it's actually crazy how ghetto North STL is, at this point, just don't even live in STL if you want any of your fast food to be clean
As of lately since I started my own job I used to get my iced coffee's at the curbside pickup until a few times no one would come out my mom would have to walk in get it making me almost late. Another time the dining area was closed for no reason I couldn't get my iced coffee that day. You had to go to the drive thru that was it I did not feel like doing it. If you're gonna close the dining room for a reason, at least have a sign outside explaining why. And just yesterday after I paided for my iced coffee I overheard the staff say they ran out of iced coffee. I was just standing there waiting not one staff coming up to me saying they were out of iced coffee's until one came up asking what I was waiting for, I showed her my receipt that's when 2 ladies that were working told me they were out. I don't know if it was out the moment I got there or if it was already out before I got there. It doesn't matter either way because if you're out of a certain food item you could of said that on the menu. They instead offered me a frappe which I said yes because I'm not the person who gets into arguments didn't want to deal with it. Let's just say I'm not much of a McDonald's frappe person because I do not like the little ice chunks in it.
In my opinion, the BEST McDonald's in the Hazlewood/Florissant community. No matter what time of day, staff is nice, orders are accurate, and they save ice cream!!!
