China Garden - Florissant

They are an old favorite of mine. Moved back to the area after being gone 10 years. Still great food.

I pulled up to the restaurant and sat a few minutes in my car as I watched the guy in the restaurant. The guy in this restaurant began blowing his nose and wiping his nose. I watched him do this repeatedly. I wanted to see if this guy was sanitary, so I stepped out of my car and opened the restaurant door. The man was ready to take my order and money without cleaning and sanitizing his hands. I told him I changed my mind and exited the restaurant. Now, I had two masks on, gloves, and even wrapped my head, but that would not have prevented me from contracting whatever that guy had. I would not give this restaurant a star at alllllllll! SIMPLY GROSS AND CONTAMINATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This family used to always treat my girlfriend and I extremely well and provided great meals for us over the two years we lived near by. We sadly moved a couple months ago and miss them. Don't know if covid changed things, but their portion sizes for the price was great. So much food for a low cost. I highly recommend the orange chicken.

I was eagerly anticipating my visit to this restaurant, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing, especially the noodles. I'll have to continue my search for good Cantonese cuisine in Branson.

In terms of features, there is only one chair available for seating, and all the tables are currently off-limits. The person taking orders had a rather intense expression, almost as if their gaze could melt lead. The rice was decent, although it used to be better 7-10 years ago. On the plus side, the prices are quite reasonable.
