Wendy's - Florence

It appears that this restaurant has suffered a decline in quality due to franchise decisions and the lack of care from inexperienced staff.

I have visited this restaurant 4 out of 5 times and have consistently received incorrect orders when making any modifications to the menu. I have paid for extra chili multiple times but it is often forgotten and not mentioned.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I arrived at 10:25 am wanting to dine in, but was informed after waiting for 13 minutes that breakfast was no longer being served. The staff intentionally ignored us and were incredibly rude, claiming they were short-staffed even though there were four employees behind the counter. No one acknowledged the four of us waiting for service. This level of customer service is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I urge others to avoid this location as the staff clearly do not care about their customers. I have contacted corporate about this experience and expect to be compensated.

We stood n line before someone to come from the back to wait on us. Which she said sorry for the wait.. one container was out of ketchup and the dining room where you eat was dirty.... Tables all need wiped down and the floor needs to swept. There's food on the floor and crumbs on tables... The food u can tell been sitting for a bit... Was dry. Was surprised on the way it looked considering NOT busy n here... No hair nets in long hair either saw someone messing with pulling there long hair (which was down) pulling out of his mouth and proceeded to go back to his job without washing hands
