Contribuiți la feedbackDuring the height of the pandemic of this restaurant one of the few places in Florence, where I could get reliable service. My order was always right, the staff was friendly and the food was hot and tasted super. The last six months are really fast on the hill. You stay open until 8:00 and the last 3 orders were wrong or the quality is bad. Pampered salad dressing, wrong meals, missing whole ducks. Maybe they should just think about getting back, Multitasking is definitely not for this crew.
Great service, relaxed atmosphere and fast with our orders. The burgers are a little expensive, but very satisfying and juicy. Loves the steakfries. A really good dinner visit.
After deciding where to eat my Sunday afternoon meal after a week's work and some amazing football, I decided to give red band of Florence Kentucky a shot. I have tried other local joints such as American cuisine and bar kitchens and was satisfied with all, but found some areas of lack during these pressing times and concerned filled citizens with the disease and viruses around. Let me just say when I entered all the staff were masked and wearing gloves from what I could find, sanitary stations throughout the restaurant, shelter divider, as well as a friendly staff that seemed and felt was a very clean environment. I don't care for myself, but I know that many people know that they are safe when you enjoy a meal and don't have many places that feel. So immediately that stood out, but honestly went with $30 wanted a delicate burger got what was expected and then some I asked how much extra cheese cost and the very nice bartender that made stellar drink, asking you about her I believe Alyssa, but said? can't you need extra? I trusted her and she didn't lie the burger was juicy tender and the cheese was amazing cheddar American mix. Great service, amazing mixed drink and a beer, the milkshake was amazing and I almost forgot to mention everything you eat side dishes, salads, pommes and fresh or damped vegetables, amazing deal I had no idea. Alyssa told me about it and I tried almost every side I could. Also the chefs that prepare the pages that I applauded because my salads were amazing caesar and house and they did not slip out on the dressing and toppings. I went away without money, but my meal was only $21, so I thought the staff deserves a healthy tip for these hard times.
Liz was absolutely spectacular for our little celebration! She covered the front door, bar and half the restaurant, while she didn't let us wait more than a few minutes for something, never had to ask for a refill, napkins or a knife, she brought everything with her and knew it would be necessary. I can't say enough great things about her service. They had about 5-6 people who worked a complete restaurant! You have GOT TO GIVE MAJOR CREDIT to our restaurant workers during this staff shortage! If you have someone like this work as 4 people, you need to see this type of work ethics and reward it! SERIOUSLY, Liz didn't skip a beat and needs some kind of recognition! The wait was 40 minutes for 3. This mainly seemed to be from being understaffed, so I understand. When we did get seated we put in our order and the food arrived quickly. Our server was especially nice and courteous and paid attention to our needs. I would recommend this location, but maybe not on a Friday night.
