$111 for a rice burrito. Stay away from this place. Maybe inflation changed its portioning, but I just got a burrito, that was all rice, everything else was hardly there, all I tasted was her over cooked rice.

The staff was so friendly and respectful, the manager Joana was focused on ensuring or order was perfect.

The flavor and everything is generally good but my gosh they can not follow customization of a bowl. I hate black beans. Time and time I?ve gotten black beans?.. I really think the itemized break down of someone customizing their bowl is straight forward If you pay attention. Clearly they don?t. Asked for pickled jalapeños and got the onions instead. It?s the small things that are careless and if someone has a food allergy or discomfort with what they customize, they will be the ones suffering. I suggest they actually take the 10 seconds to pay attention to how people customize their bowls

Usually, this location is very good! I am no Karen or Picky person by no means, but i ordered a rice bowl with chicken and i found 3 chunks of bone!! My date ordered a burrito and found a green hard stem looking thing in it! The emoloyees were fighting with each other in the back as well

You never know what you'll get as far as portions. Sometimes they are generous and you get enough food for what you pay for, and sometimes you come away feeling completely ripped off and still hungry. Generally the place is pretty clean unless it is busy then the tables and seats often go uncleaned. I've never seen it packed at lunch like the downtown ones, so you can find a place to sit and eat.
