Contribuiți la feedbackThis Panera is extremely clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The ice cream coffee is strong and they have a variety of milk at the coffee bar. I'm sad I'm not more often on this side of the city. As far as Paneras go, this top is.
I don't understand why the wipers screw my order every time I go here, no matter where, but this time was by far the worst - I got a completely different sandwich than I ordered! I'm coming to this facility.
Excellent customer service and I like this Panera location. The inside is clean. Many parking spaces. Kaden, the cashier, was very professional and friendly. I was there for 3 hours, and he didn't miss a single welcome to Panera as soon as someone walks in and have a big day. It was my second time at every Panera location, and I saw many you choose 2 characters. Did not know what that meant and Kaden took his time to explain the promo. He also went over the reward card. There were few customers who came with questions and he spoke with confidence and knew everything about food/inventors. The team is lucky to have him: . When I took up my food, the lady was also very nice. I haven't got her name since I haven't seen her name. The whole crew seems very nice! As for food, I really like the Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli Rice Bowl. I also have the Broccoli Cheddar, but it was too creamy for my pleasure. A recommendation would put more seasoning in them, maybe a little less cheese? All you can taste is a lot of cheese. Otherwise they are good portions (it looks small first, but after eating, you will feel safe full. I had the opportunity to choose between free chips or apple, so I got an apple. I paid about $18/19 (without tips included). I think it's a little expensive, but quality is there.
Firstly, I adore Panera from the bottomless depths of my everloving heart. Trying to cut down details to get within the character limit. My one-star review is specific to this location only. Since I moved in nearby, my experiences at this store have gone from Great to Appalling. Over the past year; as of Saturday, 8/6/22. Granted, I did visit the store yesterday at just after noon on a Saturday, so the staff were slammed. The reps taking orders were fantastic . I cannot emphasize this enough. They were swamped, super friendly; communicated clearly that they were working on other orders, and encouraged me and others to use the self-service kiosks (which are super convenient to place our orders if we couldn 't wait. I did so and noticed that many other folks coming in did the same. I used the kiosk option to enter my phone number for a text notification when my order was ready. I sat at a table for a bit. Knew that my order would take a while. But eventually, I made my way to the area where the orders were being checked and called out. That 's where I heard the person managing this process complain very loudly to... (to I 'm not sure--I guess anyone who was in the mood to listen? that people were placing orders with their last names. Why would anyone place an order and give their last name?!?! Who would do that?! This individual was making the customers feel extraordinarily unwelcome. When I got my food and noticed other folks getting theirs, who had ordered via kiosk shortly before and after me, it confirmed my suspicion: When you order via kiosk and select the option to get a text when your order is ready, the system returns your name as [first initial]. [last name] (probably based on caller ID, which is brilliant . So, this person was evidently unaware (and vocally did not care that they were dealing with a situation that was exactly what should have been expected from the kiosk-ordering system. But the following is what made me angry. I am to blame, as well. While I was awaiting my order, listening to the order expediter complain about the fact that last names were being associated with orders (which the kiosk+text situation was evidently set up to deliver , a group of folks with truly kind energy passed in front of me to fill their drinks at the beverage station to my left. I sincerely hope that I 'm not making any kind of inappropriate assumption or saying anything insensitive. But, one of the lovely people in this group seemed to be possibly intellectually impaired: evidently an adult, projecting the most humble energy, clutching a stuffed animal. The Panera expediter grabbed some plates and set out to the main dining area, bumped into the customer I 'm describing; I saw the customer I 'm describing hold tighter to the stuffed animal and heard them say, You scared me! I 'm sorry, I 'm sorry! and the Panera expediter said: Nothing. I sincerely regret that I did nothing in that moment to make it right. I am dealing wi
The card reader malfunctioned when I attempted to use apple pay with my watch. Without even asking for any assistance Jennie came over to help and offered a few solutions as my bank showed a charge while Paneras internals didn?t. Jennie promptly got the manager Tammy who offered up my meal for free as a courtesy. They juggled me and other guests orders in person and online all with a smile on their faces. The interactions and genuine care with guests of these two individuals is unmatched, and this comes from a former service desk Target employee, so I?ve seen it all. Thank you Jennie Tammy!!
