Vivanda - Firenze

This restaurant is a hidden gem. Though their hours are a bit uncertain, the food was absolutely delicious. The vegetable and rice dish was flavorful, and the hazelnut chocolate cake was the best I've ever had - and it's vegan! The vegan tiramisu is also worth trying. I returned for the couscous burger, which was equally tasty. The house-made artisanal ketchup is a must-try. Don't miss out on the cake when you visit this spot!

The vegetarian food at this restaurant is both delicious and creative, and they offer a wonderful selection of organic wines. Make sure to make a reservation in advance!

After reading several positive reviews, our group decided to try out Vivanda for dinner. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that there were only four vegan options available – bread with olive oil, a soup, couscous with vegetables, or rice with vegetables. Because of this limited selection, we ultimately decided to leave without placing an order.

Vivanda is a great place to take friends or colleagues where one or more may not be ready for a full-on vegan or vegetarian restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy and we have found the staff friendly. Vegan and vegetarian options are clearly marked on the menu, and the selections are tasty. The wine selection is extensive and between the food, the wine, the atmosphere, and the staff, a night at Vivanda can be a great experience.

This restaurant is a fantastic find. Although their hours are a bit unpredictable, the dishes I tried were outstanding. The sweet and sour rice was delicious, and the hazelnut chocolate cake was the best I've ever had - and it's completely vegan! I also tried the vegan tiramisu, which was excellent. I returned to try the burger, which was also incredibly tasty. The homemade ketchup was a standout condiment.
