Treacys West County - Ennis

Good hotel. Good room. Delicious food. From here, he's making nice trips.

We went on a day trip from Galway to meet friends and checkout the shops and boutiques of Ennis and decided to drink dine and possibly stay in this hotel, we were greeted by the wonderful Jackie at reception, she had a wealth of knowledge about what the Hotel and Ennis town had to offer, she was extremely friendly with a natural warmth so we felt right at home, Thank you Jackie, the food was delicious and drinks at very competitive prices, overall the Hotel has a great atmosphere, Thanks to everyone , we will be back.

Very disappointed with hotel Booked it back last year as xmas gift for my husband and got tickets to Dan Mc Cabe to be told today that they can't take my booking as I haven't a credit card to secure the booking, this was also a birthday gift for my husband as its his birthday same day Not sure why this wasn't stated when I was making my booking with my visa debit card. They have taken the good out of the night now.would not recommended the hotel because of this reason.

Rooms are nice, roasting tho, bar experience wasn't great at all, pool and sauna was lovely and changing facilities were very good. Breakfast is appalling, don't even bother.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions but never again. The hotel is very shabby and needs a complete revamp. On arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded. Unfortunately this was to room 122 which backs onto the towel store room and has a number of heating boilers inside. The result being is that the room is sweltering inside. If you open the windows you get the noise from the carpark as the room is on the ground floor. We were moved by one receptionist despite another receptionist asking what the problem was as we had been upgraded. The breakfast is virtually inedible with a very limited selection and the utensils should be binned. Overall I think they are catering very well for the Ukrainian refugees staying there but not the other residents.
