Lana Ennis (gort Road) Asian Street Food

The service at this restaurant was absolutely awful. The food sat in the serving area for about 10 minutes while the two staff members tried to figure out who had ordered it. The chicken was rubbery and undercooked. I didn't think it was possible to ruin sweet and sour chicken, but unfortunately they did.

Was in Lana, Gort Road on Sunday evening. The girl that was serving wasn 't very helpful or pleasant. I asked her about the similarities of two dishes before ordering and her reply was I wouldn 't know . Then I asked her what the dish of the day was and again she said I wouldn 't know but it is on the front window !! There was no way she was going to check for me! I have been to numerous Lana restaurants in the country and this was by far the worst service. Food was good but I would never go back to that Lana again unless that girl learns a bit of customer service!!

Exceptional service, prompt ,polite and engaging. Quality of food was absolutely excellent. An overall very pleasant experience.

Went to grab quick lunch, the place was empty (extra bonus . The staff was super friendly and welcoming! Food was great and very tasty! Would definitely recommend!

The food was fine, but the service was terrible. The lady on her phone seemed disinterested in customers, and the male waiter was apathetic and seemed like he didn't want to be there. I would not go back to this restaurant on Gort Road in Ennis. I have been to Lana in Limerick, where the service and food were excellent. They had no problem recommending the best meal. It felt like a punishment to dine at the restaurant on Gort Road.
