Shelfield Coffee Brewers - Emerald

I arrived at this establishment as it was the only place in town with vegan options. Despite there not being any vegan items on the menu, the staff kindly offered to make me avocado toast, which I happily accepted.

This restaurant was exactly what I was looking for during our 2-day road trip from Cairns to Brisbane. They served delicious coffee and a value-for-money avocado toast (I just asked them to leave off the feta). It exceeded my expectations, as I wasn't anticipating finding anything exciting for breakfast in Emerald. The restaurant is located in a central area of town, nestled between rows of roads.
