Zza Factory - Elgin

I asked for softly cooked french fries do the fact I have no teeth. When I got home with my order, the french fries were overcooked and hard. The hamburger was good but not the best. But I will tell you, their chocolate shakes are excellent.

The menu sounds so good,but the food doesn’t really match the description. I tried a Chicago dog, Chicago fire Pizza, and fries. I honestly didn’t enjoy any of it, to each their own though.

Never at their food but ordered Mr. Beast Burgers which were too expensive not very good. The locals like their food. Probably won't go back.

Small eating room, but huge flavor… and food quantity for the price!
