Mod Pizza - Elgin

I've visited several MOD locations, from Alabama to Chicago, and I've been to this particular spot 4 or 5 times. While all my experiences have been great, I feel compelled to highlight the exceptional service I received here. Unfortunately, I realized after placing my order that I had forgotten my wallet. When I explained my situation to the manager, he was incredibly gracious and offered to cover the cost of our two pizzas and drinks. Even though I offered to return with the payment, he insisted that it wasn’t necessary. I felt terrible about it, but because of his kindness, I'm now loyal to this place. I'm sharing my experience with everyone, praising the delicious food and outstanding service, and I wholeheartedly recommend MOD to all!

I really enjoyed the cauliflower crust option where you can choose your own toppings. The portions were just right, allowing you to leave satisfied without feeling overly stuffed. The salads were great as well!

Mod Pizza has turned into a weekly tradition for our family. It’s incredibly convenient, fresh, delicious, and highly customizable. With various options available, it caters perfectly to our diverse tastes! Our son enjoys making his own pizza, and he devours every bite.

Fantastic fast pizza. White sauce or red sauce. Sausage, check, pepperroni, check, bacon...you had me at bacon. Lots of healthier veggies if you're skinny. Double dough makes it 2 meals and a drink for 15 bucks? Can't wait to grab the kids for acool time. Make a stop here to support this kind of quality.

The pizza is fantastic when you order it in person. However, if you order online or through the app, you'll find it lacking in cheese and sauce, with significant areas missing cheese altogether. Food rating: 3/5.
