I highly recommend ZZA Factory—it's a hidden gem in the area! The staff is fantastic; they are friendly, accommodating, and know how to treat customers well. They work quickly and efficiently, which explains why so many people keep coming back for more. The customer service is top-notch, and the management is great. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable, making it the perfect spot to bring friends and family. It’s also an ideal place for gatherings, birthdays, dates, and other special occasions. ZZA Factory is truly unique and will surely keep you coming back. Their hot dogs, burgers, salads, shakes, sundaes, pizzas, sandwiches, gyros, wings, tenders, and more are all must-tries! You all need to come here and try this! The chicken salad is fantastic! I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is great, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I usually visit in the evenings, and I adore the cashier who works there. I always forget to ask her name, but she’s such a sweetheart. The cook is incredible, and I've never been disappointed by his food. They also make the best milkshakes I've had since moving to Illinois—thick and perfectly flavored. I'm moving soon, and I’m definitely going to miss this place!

I ordered a large cheese pizza with half pepperoni. The woman I spoke with mentioned that all their pizzas are Detroit-style, but unfortunately, the pizza didn't live up to expectations. The cheese was of poor quality, and there was an overwhelming amount of oregano in the sauce, which made it slightly bitter and left an unpleasant aftertaste. The pepperoni was also of low quality. The dough was dense and thin instead of fluffy and airy. We also tried the cheese sauce, which tasted like something you’d find at Sam's or Costco, or from a foodservice supplier like Gordon or Sysco. I won’t be coming back—this experience was extremely disappointing.

Decided to stop by and try this place out based on the reviews, unfortunately I was rather disappointed. Ordered a variety of items and the only good thing was the factory burger, unfortunately it arrived cold. Not room temperature, cold. Everything elsewas flavorless and rather pricey for the quality.

Grandma's Zza offers a delicious combination of sausage pizza and a Nashville hot chicken sandwich served with a side of pickles. The food arrived quickly and was piping hot. The pizza was really unique, with the cheese and crust working perfectly together and a drizzle of sauce on top—definitely on point! I was pleasantly surprised by how good the chicken sandwich was too. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes from here!
