Subway - Elgin

Wish I could give a review on how the food is. But every time I have tried to go here 5 times now I have been refused service. System is down, cash only, ovens are down (had a ton of bread in plain view), and we aren't open yet (x2) even though they clearly are within working hours and open sign is lit. It's always the same guy that pulls these excuses out of thin air like a magician pulls a rabbit out of his hat. Will not come back here.

The app for placing orders works perfectly, but the franchise handling the orders fails miserably. They consistently get the order wrong! You pay for extra items, yet they don’t include them. You specify certain vegetables, but receive completely different ones instead. When I called the store after returning home to address the issue, no one answered – it felt like they were avoiding my call!

I visited this restaurant and found the staff to be quite rude and aggressive. When I was trying to place my order, they informed me that the item I wanted had been discontinued. The contact number they provided was 888, but it should have been 000. I was uncertain about what to order, and the woman serving me was very insistent, which made me feel even more uncomfortable. I don't plan to return.

This location is definitely one of my favorites. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always seem happy to be at work. The food tastes fresh, unlike other places I've been to that sometimes serve stale items. This Subway is exceptionally clean, and the service is impressively quick. Its convenient location makes it an ideal stop when you need a quick meal on the go. Their curbside pickup service is fantastic! They come right to your car when your order is ready, regardless of the weather, and you never have to wait or wonder where your food is. Overall, it’s an outstanding and well-managed Subway restaurant.

There sandwiches awesome! They are so fresh and the cookies are amazing. I recommend going to Subway because it's fresh and there chips are good. They also are so nice there they are patient and polite. I have not had any problem with this Subway. I love it. It is my go to lunch place.
