Mcdonald's - Elgin

The service from the team members was fantastic! Michael always makes me feel welcome. He is truly a dedicated worker.

I decided to go into the restaurant since the drive-thru was crowded, and the service inside was quick and convenient. However, the only issue I encountered was that they got my order wrong; I asked for a sugar-free French vanilla iced coffee, but they gave me a regular iced coffee instead.

Good McDonald’s. The food is almost fresh when you get your order but make sure you check your order in your bag. You might come out with another persons order.

Food is good and my order is always correct but during lunch or dinner rush you can expect to wait 20+ mins in the drive thru

McDonald's is McDonald's. It good and cheap. Never great or perfect. The hash browns were cooler then normal but like I said good not great.
