Queens - Eastbourne

I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights while on a Travelsure holiday. The check-in process was quick and the staff were helpful. The rooms were very clean and tidy, with plenty of tea/coffee/milk facilities and a good shower. The restaurant was also excellent, with delicious food and fast service. I must mention Ray, the restaurant manager, who ran everything smoothly with a great sense of humor and professionalism. The bar had friendly staff and the entertainment was also enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday and I highly recommend staying at the Queens in Eastbourne.

I recently traveled with a company called Alpha Coach Tours and found their prices for bed, breakfast, and evening meal to be very reasonable. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was a good selection of food at each meal. The staff, from the manager Sven to my waitress Ann, were all friendly and polite. There was entertainment provided each evening, including singers, comedians, and bingo. The staff were always available to answer questions or help with any issues. I have to give a special mention to our driver, Russell, who was absolutely brilliant. During our day excursions, he entertained us with interesting historical facts about the places we visited and the towns we passed through. It was like having a tour guide on board. This experience with Alpha Coach Tours was unlike any other I have had with coach companies in the past. If all their drivers are as fantastic as Russell, I am looking forward to traveling with them again in the near future.
