Little Caesars Pizza - East Jordan

Several burned pizzas. Hot and ready, NIE is ready. Terrible service. I am not sure how this franchise was not deviated from the company charter. Definitely not in line with the functioning of Little Caesars at national level. Smh.

Never again. I don't know where to start. No hot n finished pizza for over 35 minutes, no bread sticks, no wings up, nothing. Store managers cries their employees instead of talking them and guiding them in the right way. My pizza was completely undercooked, bread sticks they gave were undercooked. This place is full of madness. Several people in the waiting room are very uncomfortable because the way the shop manager screamed to the young employees. A man waits 40 minutes for only two hours and prepare pizzas for bread sticks. The staff was amazing next to the manager. I never come back and will try to contact the franchise owner to take back this pizza raw bread sticks with a refund or replace them in another place. Set up in the lobby for things they should already have. Stop screaming and embarrassing and illuminates your staff!!!!

Every time I was here, there's always a 20-25 minute waiting for hot and finished pizzas. Not sure what the common problem is every time I left here that there is so long waiting time.

I asked for a Hot-N-Ready pizza, was told the next one would be out in 5 minutes, 25 minutes later they finally handed me the pizza. I get home and open the box to find a sad burnt pizza, burnt so bad I could smell the char when I opened the box, totally inedible. Check the pizza before you leave the store!
