Dunkin' - East Hartford

I feel so happy every time Anjel returns from college. She is probably the best employee Dunkin' has ever had in Connecticut! I believe she's been working here for over a year, but you can only catch her during school breaks. No matter how early it is—sometimes as early as 4 a.m.—she is always the nicest, most attentive, and caring employee. They just don't make employees like her anymore. Whenever someone else takes my order, it usually gets messed up. I really think Anjel should be tasked with training everyone! I just prefer to visit when Anjel is the one taking my order. She absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion! I always make it a point to tip her!

I wanted 2 sandwiches, one order of hash browns and a frozen French vanilla swirl w/ whipped cream. The hash browns weren’t even that hot, and they looked old. They should have made them from scratch, my frozen French vanilla swirl coffee medium was made incorrectly. If it’s a medium you’re suppose to add the regular amount of swirl in a medium cup. Instead they added only one pump, and the sandwiches, a disaster. The pieces in the sandwich was a little burnt. I also asked for American cheese, but instead, they added white cheddar. And the bagels looked really weird. Why were there yellow stuff on the bottom.Despite of all that, the service was not bad tho. So I guess it was ok.

When the driver arrived, I noticed that this place did not provide the 2 bottles of water I had paid for, but everything else was satisfactory.

Friendly staff, fairly clean, eating was hot and not frozen in the middle. the waiting period was over 10 minutes. parking: one of the most insane parking I've ever seen. drive them carefully.

This location needs to improve their attentiveness. They often serve drinks in messy cups that are spilled, and they frequently get my order wrong.
