Pho 501 - East Hartford

I love Pho501 the soup is amazing, the staff is friendly I have eaten here for years. What has disappointed me lately when I go there to get my cold cook at home soup is that it seems that the portion shrinks a little more every time I go. I get that times are hard, but you should keep the product the same and increase the price instead of keeping the price steady and reducing what it buys. I would rather pay MUCH extra a few dollars (because it is worth) to get a full container of broth and full bag of ingredients than to pay the same and get less.

We drove to Bar Harbor from NYC and had a great fast stop at this wonderful little place. It was fast from an exit and again at the next entrance! Delicious spring rolls with peanut sauce!

Pho 51 is simple Vietnamese food. Essentially, the menu is reserved only with 2 special soups only for Saturday and Sunday. If you are lucky to stop on a weekday, you will definitely try the spring rolls. Fresh and accompanied by a delicious peanut sauce. The service is fast and the food is delicious. General portions and very tasteful. There are interior and exterior seats painted with a beautiful wall painting on the side of the building.

Today was the perfect day for Bún Bò Hu? Breakfast outdoors at Pho 501. As always, the Bún Bò Hu was great. While it was a simple meal, the service was friendly and attentive; just perfect!

I love coming here! Everyone is always friendly and the pho is outstanding. Definitely the best I've ever had.
