Jimmy John's In Mol

Great experience. I accidentally ordered to the wrong location and they found where it was, made my order and were so patient a sweet about it!

Ran out of bread and did not even contact me to let me know it was going to take longer like they have done in the past. I called to ask about it but service was not very helpful. Been waiting quite a while and still no updates.

Been here over a dozen times, have never had a problem! And sometimes they really are freaky fast!!

On Wednesday, June 12, 2024. A catering order fell through with another restaurant and I wasn't made aware until 15 minutes before the delivery time. This was for a work event and I was responsible for feeding our visitors. I decided to try Jimmy John's and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I gave the cashier a heads-up that I would be placing a catering order for a group of people and was under a time crunch. Before I had even picked which sandwiches to include in the party box, the manager and 2 other employees started grabbing loaves of bread, standing at the ready. They worked with me to pick out crowd-pleasing options and ensured that my order would feed 18 people. I was so impressed with their sense of urgency, customer service, and overall helpfulness. You don't come across teams like this very often anymore. Their cohesiveness was evident as they seamlessly hustled to complete this last-minute catering order. Thank you SO much for your help. The day was saved and everyone was fed and happy.

Staff was friendly except for one employee who seemed to be in training. Said trainee went off on their trainer about showing them respect to him because they were older than their trainer. Made receiving my sandwich uncomfortable and really left a bad taste in my mouth.
