Dairy Queen - Durand

Great food, but higher prices than previous visits. I had the crispy chicken sandwich basket. I upgraded my basket from fries to cheese curds. There was barely a handful of curds. Not a great value to me.

Their burgers are incredible! They come topped with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickles. The fries are hot and tasty, and don't forget to try the cheese curds. I always make sure to stop here whenever I'm driving from Iowa to Wisconsin or vice versa.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but the service is terrible. This is the third time I have ordered and each time my order has been either incorrect or missing items. Additionally, the staff, specifically the night crew, are very rude.

We stopped for dinner after the track this week and went through the drive-thru. It was very busy, but we moved faster than I expected. The staff did a great job, they were very patient when we made additions to our order. They repeated the order back to us and got everything right! The dining room was also full, but they maintained a cheerful attitude. This was the best drive-thru experience we've ever had!

We had a large order and they were very patient with us as we added items. The staff repeated the order back to us and got everything correct. The dining room was also packed, but the staff remained cheerful and accommodating. This was the best drive-thru experience I have ever had!
