Subway - Durand

Waited several minutes at the counter while 4 employees were near the cash register. Didn't even acknowledge my presence so I left.

Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to tomatoes and as soon as I tell them the sandwich maker gets a paper boat and gets my ingredients and prepares my sandwich on a different surface as to be sure my sandwich isn't in contact. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Although three staff working, out of lettuce, tomatoes, onions. Long delay, eventually found more lettuce, hacked up some chucks of tomato, but said I 'd have to go without onions. Long wait, no apologies, no discount offered. I declined, and left. I will not be back ever! Ridiculously poor service. What a shame....

Avoid this subway! When I walked in, there was nobody at the counter (not a big deal). About 5 minutes later a woman goes behind the counter and told me that she told the man she works with to tell me to leave because she didn’t feel good. (this same woman was outside in the parking lot smoking and hanging out with several people when we pulled in). She even threw the F word around several times while ordering our sandwich. She was by far the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met. Workers workers are hard to find, but they aren’t needed if they tell customers to leave.
