Ordered a pizza online and when it didn't turn up 50 mins later I rang and the guy said it will be with me in 5 mins, then he asked me what number house I was and I asked him if it's going to be with me in 5 mins why is he asking me my house number which he then got defensive with me and didn't seem to care. I cancelled my order as this is not the first time this has happened with this place. Very rude, will not go near the place again.

Online orders were down so i decided to ring..ordered over the phone and they took the order wrong despite me repeating myself(badly need proper training)..missed all the side orders apart of the deal somehow...had to ring again when driver arrived..they sent the food they missed however then proceeded to try and over charge me for resending the food needless to say I sent it back..the pizza I did get wasn't fresh dough was badly made. Needs serious improvements
