Maria insists that the waitstaff clean the bar and table towels using a washboard, refusing to allow them to use the washing machine. This practice is not only unsanitary but also unfair. She tends to hire undocumented or barely legal workers, creating a challenging environment for those who don’t fit her preferred criteria. Despite the appealing food, this restaurant warrants further investigation.

My favorite place for Mexican food! Be sure to try the brisket chimichanga with queso on top—you’re going to fall in love with it!
