The food and service was disappointing not going back.

I ordered a to-go order of chicken and cheese quesadilla, fish tacos and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Only the sandwich was correct. There was some shredded chicken in a pan. I’m assuming that was supposed to be the chicken and cheese quesadilla. The fish tacos were a couple pieces of fish on soft tacos. Period. No cabbage topping, sauce or anything else. Except for the sandwich, the restaurant totally ripped me off!! I called and the man I spoke with said he would bring the quesadilla but he never did so they also lied to me.

Our server was friendly and quick. The paintings on the walls were unique and attractive. The food was a masterpiece of flavorlessness. I've honestly never had tacos that tasted completely neutral before and I didn't even know it was possible for lettuce to be the most interesting thing in a taco but they managed somehow. Can't recommend.

I placed an online order thru the restaurant. I drove 20 mins to pick the food up. When I arrived I was told the restaurant canceled my order because they didn't have time to make it. And my refund would be in my account within2 days. I drove back home with no food. Waited 7 days and still no refund. The very least that the restaurant should have done was contact me after they canceled my online order. They had my phone number. Hell even a text would have kept me from waisting time and gas. Ist and last time for the Dublin El rancho restaurant. Don't waist your time. Management sucks on customer service. Food might have been good, I'll never know. But no worth the stupidity of the staff.
