Kfc - Dover

I have visited this restaurant three times for a meal, and each time they were out of something. They only sell one product in a few different ways, yet they are constantly running out of it.

We visited this restaurant twice in two weeks hoping to enjoy some delicious chicken, but unfortunately, both times the food was disappointing. This seemed to be a common theme on the neighboring app, with many customers complaining about unfriendly staff and subpar food. It's a shame, considering the restaurant's name implies their specialty should be well-prepared chicken dishes.

I recently visited KFC to order an 8-piece family meal, but was told they were out of chicken. I was very disappointed as this is their signature dish. This isn't the first time they have been out of an item, as last time they were out of cookies. It's frustrating that they are open for business but can't sell their main menu items.

This place is the worst. I asked for a 12-piece killer bucket (family meal) and was denied that they were a frit. I then asked for 3 4-piece commos that they were ready to fulfill. Wait a minute. my original iron order could have been offered a total of 12 like 3 combos, but the manager still refused to give me a family court contract. I thought I was done with this place until I came to lunch at 1130. google says they're open, lady in the window says they can't open. must now work on two frits.

If I can give a negative rating, it would certainly be the lowest!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! We went through the drive through planning to order a Family Meal and the lady taking orders was the rudest person I have ever encountered! She said that they weren't taking any family meals. Got it! I proceeded to go with 2 combo meals, thinking that it was only Family meals they couldn't fulfill! She said that I was still trying to place a similar order and that she didn't understand why I couldn't get what she meant!! That is absolutely disrespectful! She could have just said that they were only taking single orders! Just absolutely disrespectful! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! This happened at approximately 8:20 PM on May 22, 2022!
