Bittersweet - Denver

Had an incredible time at Bittersweet last week and terribly sad they'll be closing. Wish I had stopped by sooner. No doubt I'll be dreaming about the deconstructed crab cake for years to come. My outdoor photos don't do justice to the gorgeous plates. Best of luck and I look forward to seeing what's next for chef Olaf!!

We had an amazing experience at Bittersweet. The food and wine pairings were amazing. Would highly recommend for folks looking for a delicious tasting menu. Our favorite dishes of the evening were the Lamb Chops with pistachios and the Braised Rabbit.

By far one of the best places in Denver. Thursday night tasting menu special is a hidden jewel would give more stars if I could!

It wasn't in a while. While we both found our dinners pleasant, we did not find them exceptional as we had experienced in the past. So the value was not worth the price for us. It was a good dinner, just not a fabulous dinner.

Some of the best food I have in Denver. The dishes were creative, but not at the point where the mixture of textures and flavors was strange. Very high quality ingredients and all around delicious.
