She asked for the actual acknowledgement she leaned on the window for a few, then said oh ok and gave me the input. the shake was usually a whistle cream. half a glass. no cheese on chili cheese coney and hardly a chili on the platters. and there were like 8 tons in 1 of the ton orders
I was at this Sonic today and experienced poor management and customer service skills by the manager on duty. I ordered a meal with a large Dr Pepper. The cup was full of ice and very little Dr Pepper. I pulled up to the window to ask if they could add some Dr Pepper to the ice so I could wash my food down. The manager came out to say “they don’t do refills” lol. She said they are instructed to fill cups up high with ice. When asked how high the are supposed to fill the cups, she stated that she did not fill my cup. Her attitude was disrespectful and rude. Customer service is very poor and I would not recommend this Sonic until changes are made to their customer service.
We waited over 40 minutes in the drive-thru, and then another 20 minutes after ordering (for 2 drinks and a couple food items). The worker was sweet, but the wait time is not worth it.
They have the best peanut butter blasts. The food is good as well. I miss the lemon berry slush though ? I really wish they would bring it back. They do get pretty busy, also. But, staff does their best to get you through, in a timely manner.
The workers are nice but this is literally the slowest Sonic I have ever been to and I’ve lived all over the U.S. Maybe they are understaffed? You can never pull up and order either, it’s always only drive thru. Also the opening hours of 9AM are really not conducive to people grabbing breakfast before work. They should be open by at least 7 in my opinion. Sonic needs to do better at this location.
