Monarch offers the best food and service in region. In addition to superior food, the restaurant has diligent staff that are intellectual and purpose driven. The menu offers diverse options, satisfying those with simple and complex palates. Everyone will leave happy. The craft beer and cocktail menu is perfect for the environment. I suggest the BEEF CARPACCIO which is labeled as an appetizer but can be considered a keto-friendly high protein salad with a citrus dressing. Always perfect. Vegetarian options: I am not vegan but meatless options are great. Hummus is spectacular and I order this nearly every time I go. Tonight we came in for a 6:30 reservation, to celebrate a birthday and a promotion. After a couple of cocktails each, a couple of appetizers and dinner for 4, we were enjoying a bit of conversation when the manager came to us at 7:55 to inform us there was another reservation for the table and that we were welcome to continue enjoying our conversation at the bar. Thank you, but NO THANK YOU! We will continue our conversation elsewhere and will definitely not be back! There are plenty of quality places in the QCA that will be sure to let us finish a conversation before rushing us out of our seat! Had we been sitting around talking for an extended period of time holding the table, I would’ve understood, but we had looked at the dessert menu only a few minutes prior and I had just finished the last of my drink.
