Hy-vee Bakery - Davenport

Who runs the bier department must be fired. this is supposed to be this premier shop with its chic wine area and the cigars, but bier always looks impoverished. I suggest everyone buys here so they can find someone who understands what customers want.

They drive the coast to the coast and ripped a donut, so I stopped here. I was happy surprised by the quality of their donuts, and generous.

The pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive to my mom and flat out lied about the legality of OTC sales of insulin needles. She then got rude with me on the phone. There is obviously no customer service there.

I love Hyvee. Just be careful of the bakery, if you leave grandparents in the bakery too long the donuts they bring home to your kids look like this:

Recently did an aisles online order. When is didn't arrive, I contacted hyvee. Talked to an amazing woman (sorry I'm terrible at remembering names) who figured out an error had happened. Not only did she fix the issue, but she had my groceries delivered!!! Super helpful and just a peach of a person to boot!!! Thank you for everything!!!
